Adexta's ambition is to help our clients achieve superior performance through innovative strategy and efficient execution.  We do this through  market insight, experience-based "pattern-recognition" and our own best-practices developed over a decade of work.  We do not deploy junior resources other than as background support for a project.  Our client-facing staff have each run their own organizations as senior operating executives. 

Our engagements typically begin with a 360 degree review of the client's business, including a series of executive interviews designed to unearth issues and opportunities.  In addition to the executive sponsor, we often request that an internal project-lead be assigned who can effectively co-lead the program with our project manager and help traverse the organization in the early stages of the project.  This also helps assure that when the project is complete there has been a transfer of both knowledge and process.

When possible, consulting engagements are broken into several phases to allow tracking of deliverables.  We often will have working sessions with subsets of the sponsoring team. These may be face-to-face or via web conference (depending upon the client's travel schedule) and are designed to create team alignment.  At key phase milestones we present the agreed upon deliverables along with our recommendations.

Our expertise parallels the functional expertise of our clients. Rather than leaving a high-level strategy at your doorstep, we commit to make sure that strategy is transformed into action, and that execution is monitored and improved over time.
