Jeanne Urich Principal, Adexta Strategy Consulting Jeanne Urich brings to Adexta more than twenty-five years of senior services, sales and marketing management experience at leading high technology companies. She has been a corporate officer and leader of the worldwide services organizations of Vignette, Blue Martini and Clarify. In each of these roles, she led the growth of their Professional Services, Education, Account Management and Alliances organizations and was responsible for dramatically increasing services revenue, profit and utilization. At Clarify, in less than three years, she grew the services organization from 50 to 720 employees and increased annual revenue from $10M to $115M at 24% margin. At Adexta Jeanne helps companies understand and create new strategies to evolve from a product-dominated business model to a solutions-centric approach. She teaches companies how to understand and maximize the value from their services organizations – not only in tangible revenue and margin but also in harvesting the intangible value of customer retention and loyalty, rapid technology adoption and intimate customer application-knowledge. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a leader in creating innovative new service strategies. In 1993, she received AFSMi’s “Most Innovative New Service Award” for the creation of “PC Utility” – a novel new approach combining desktop hardware, networks, financing and service into a single monthly utility fee. In 2003, her organization was honored to receive ITSMA’s Service Marketing Excellence Award and the American Business Gold Award. Prior to her role as a software executive Jeanne held senior management roles in services, marketing and sales at Tandem and Digital Equipment Corporation. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
